IMG assists clients in determining which services can be handled or coordinated internally and which services should be outsourced to IMG experts. IMG also has significant experience serving as fiscal agents for grants and projects. IMG has developed a proprietary evaluation model called TriVIEW, which has been successfully utilized to assist clients with the independent evaluation requirements of federal grants. Profit EnhancementIMG has served as fiscal managers for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Continuing its hand-on approach to management counsel, IMG assists clients in the development of operating budgets, the establishment of accounting systems, and the ongoing maintenance of such systems. IMG uses technology-based systems to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the fiscal management and reporting process. IMG also offers a unique specialization in "liability management" as opposed to "asset management." IMG assists top management in the identification of problematic, worst-case-scenario issues – together with creative solutions to those issues – and hands-on assistance with the implementation of preferred solutions.
Estate Management & Family Executive ServicesThe need for proactive estate planning has never been greater. Complexities in dealing with financial management and family inheritance (equity) issues have risen in importance. IMG has experience in serving as "family executive" in the management of assets and liabilities, together with coordinating the wills and trusts required for such estate planning through its teamwork with experienced legal counsel. IMG is also experienced in securing IRS approval for the establishment of charitable foundations. IMG has demonstrated its ability to interact and communicate with future family heirs while conducting day-to-day (hands-on) management of the assets and liabilities in consultation with the ultimate testator. IMG provides the assurance of an orderly transition of family-owned businesses and other assets during the lifetime of the testator.
